About This Event

Join Halifax Humane Society for a Volunteer Orientation and discover how you can make a meaningful difference for animals in our community. Attendees will learn about our mission, available volunteer opportunities, shelter procedures, and the Open Paw Training Program used to support animals throughout their stay.

Whether you are interested in spending time with dogs and cats, assisting at events, supporting our Thrift Store, or contributing your skills behind the scenes, orientation is the first step toward joining our volunteer community.
