Bring the family and your dressed-up dog to join Halifax Humane Society on Friday, October 23, from 5–7 p.m. at PetSmart Daytona Beach! Celebrate National Adoption Week with a costume contest, festive photo opportunities, and a prize for each of the first 10 contestants to stop by.
