FAF Spay/Neuter Promotion

Event Description

Thanks to receiving a $25,000 grant from Florida Animal Friend, Halifax Humane Society’s Redinger Clinic offers reduced costs for spay/neuter procedures for up to 500 animals beginning May 9, 2022 until July 22nd or until all appointments are filled. All owned cats qualify with a co-pay of just $10.00. Owned bully-breed dogs (Pit-bulls and Staffordshire Terriers) will be eligible for a $25.00 co-pay. All animals will also receive a rabies vaccination and a microchip for no additional cost.

 The Florida Animal Friend License Plate Program applies $25.00 of each spay/neuter license plate purchased (and renewed each year) to their spay/neuter grant program. These funds are used exclusively to help end cat and dog overpopulation by increasing spay and neuter surgeries in the state.
