How To Get Started!
Volunteers are a vital asset to the animals at HHS and make many of our programs possible. To become an HHS volunteer you must be 18 years of age or older, be willing to make a commitment of time and attend an "orientation" at our shelter.
There are a variety of different programs available for each individual to choose from. We need plenty of cheerful volunteers to keep these programs active.

If you feel that you would be interested in one or more of these programs, stop by our shelter to fill out an application.
