ADOPTION PROGRAM
Most cat adoptions are $50 and dog adoptions are $70 (to help better serve all animals at HHS, variable pricing is in effect on the adoption fees for a small number of animals).
Every effort is made to assure that all adopted animals go to responsible homes.
All adoptees receive vaccinations and are dewormed before leaving the shelter.
All adoptees receive a free health check from chosen veterinarian.
All adoptees receive a microchip & registration.
All adoptees receive an I.D. tag.
All adoptees are spayed or neutered.
All adoptees receive 30 days free Sheltercare health insurance.
REDINGER SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC
The Redinger Spay/Neuter Clinic is a state-of-the-art, high-volume sterilization clinic that is open to the public. Surgeries are available by appointment only. Please call (386) 310-4935 to schedule an appointment.
Cats: $25 male; $40 female
Dogs: $45-75+ male; $55-90+ female
GRIEF COUNSELING
There comes a time in every pet owners life when they have to say good-bye to a loyal trusted friend. The loss of a pet can be a very difficult for some people to deal with. Many find it comforting to know that grief counseling is available at HHS should the need arise.
